The fifth reason, in 2015 the state raised the purchase tax for investors higher rates of 8% to a total of 4.90 million ILS and purchase tax charge of 10% of the amount of the remaining amount. As of 2016 the sellers in Israel still insist on selling properties at higher prices and the buyers on the sidelines for now. Buyers are waiting for the trend of real estate prices, and look forward to a decline the prices in Israel luxury properties. In 2015 sold 4 luxury houses in Caesarea. In 2015 sold three luxury houses in Kfar Shmaryahu. In 2015 sold five luxury homes in Savyon over 7 million ILS. In 2015 sold two luxury villas in Petah Tikva, and sold 1 luxury apartment in Petah Tikva more than 5 million ILS. In 2015 sold 6 luxury villas in Ramat Gan, and sold five luxury apartments in Ramat Gan more than 5 million ILS. In 2015, sold 3 luxury villas in Israel in Givatayim city, and sold two luxury apartments in Israel in Givatayim more than 5 million shekels.
